The IMMERSE study is composed of 8 work packages and the team at the University of Edinburgh was involved in work packages involving stakeholder engagement, implementation, and evaluation. Our team also assessed and supported the implementation of the intervention into clinical practice, evaluating clinical outcomes and costs of the implementation. We worked closely with patients from mental health services in the Lothian region of Scotland, and their clinicians to identify whether the intervention we developed is a useful tool aiding the delivery of mental health care. We also assess how feasible it is to implement the intervention in public health care settings. Funded by: European Union’s Horizon 2020 Research and Innovation Programme under grant agreement 945263 (IMMERSE).
